SUMMARY:Proms in the Park - Godalming Masonic Centre Charity Concert
DESCRIPTION:Go Godalming Association presents this year’s Proms in the Park charity concert\, sponsored by the Godalming Masonic Centre\, featuring Alder Valley Brass and Rock Choir. \nMusic in the Park concerts take place every Sunday afternoon (unless otherwise stated) and run from 5 May through to 15 September 2024. Please visit their website for more information. \nEvery Sunday afternoon 3-5pm (unless stated otherwise) on The Bandstand in the Phillips Memorial park by the river. \nAll concerts are FREE – why not bring your own garden chairs and a picnic? \nIn the event of very wet weather\, concerts will be held in the nearby Godalming Parish Church. \nVoluntary donations are requested at concerts via collections run by our volunteers to help finance the hire of The Bandstand and additional costs associated with providing concerts. \nPLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE WEATHER THE PROMS IN THE PARK WILL NOW BE IN THE PARISH CHURCH AT 5.00PM
