Staycation – Binscombe Walk For Health

The walk happens weekly.

Binscombe Medical Centre warmly invite anyone to join them on their “Walks for Health”.

Meet in the corner of the lower car park by the tennis courts at Broadwater every Tuesday morning at 10.15am for a short 30-minute walk around the lake and park or for a slightly longer walk of approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, which are both free and open to everyone, not just Binscombe Medical Centre’s patients.  Please wear sensible shoes.  Dogs (on a lead) welcome.

After the walk we will retire to the Leisure Centre where refreshments are available for purchase.
