If you wish to apply for a stall at the Godalming Christmas Festival please complete the form below. The Festival runs from 10.00am until 4.30pm (set up from 7.30am – clear down from 5.00pm).

Please read the form with care and complete all sections clearly.  Closing date for applications is 23 September 2024.  Forms received after this date will NOT be considered.

Please do not send a cheque or make a BACS payment until you are notified that your application has been successful; you will be invoiced for the fee.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT MUST BE SENT IN TO BE ATTACHED TO YOUR APPLICATION:  Copy of your current Public Liability Insurance that is valid for the day of the festival.  PLEASE SUBMIT VIA EMAIL: [email protected]

    Gazebos/Mini Marquees - Gazebos are to be in good working order and must be suitably weighted against wind. Sides will be allowed but not full back panels that obstruct the view of retail shops located behind a stall. It is recommended that half backs are used.

    Please note that if your application is for the Christmas Festival, it gets dark at approximately 4pm in November. It is recommended stallholders bring battery powered lights as we do not provide electricity.

    Food Produce Sellers: (A Food Hygiene Rating of 3 or above is required to attend any of GTC's Festivals - your details will be sent to Waverley Borough Council so please ensure your Food Hygiene Rating information is accurate.)
