The Pepperpot External Renovation & Decoration

Godalming Town Council is seeking tenders for the External Renovation & Decoration of the town’s Old Town Hall (The Pepperpot) located in the High Street, Godalming. The project will rejuvenate and refresh this iconic building to befit the status of such an historic market house.

The following issues have been raised since the tender was published:

Q.  There is no facility within your SOW for the window repair costs to be added.
A.  Price the independent window repair schedule and then include the total costs within row 15 of the priced schedule of works. We appreciate that not all of this work will be required, but we require the worst-case scenario. The elemental breakdown can be used for cost control later on.

Q.  The formulas within the Collection page are incorrect. Only the prelims are carried to cell F40 – should also include cell F35.
A.  Yes, include cell F35.
