Godalming Town Council is inviting residents to share their views on whether the Council should continue exploring opportunities to safeguard certain local assets through local management.

No final decisions have been made, and resident feedback will help inform the Council’s next steps.

At this stage, the Council is seeking views on whether it should continue exploring discussions relating to:

• Possible further community asset transfers from Waverley Borough Council
• The future of the Borough Hall
• The future management of Holloway Hill Recreation Ground
• Any other community facilities residents believe are important to the town

These matters are currently exploratory only.

Any formal proposals would be considered publicly by the Council and, where appropriate, subject to further consultation.
