PROOF OF LIFE

If you are a resident of the Parish of Godalming, appointments can be made with the Town Clerk to sign and stamp certificates of life/proof of life for the purposes of pensions and annuities.

You will need to provide the following:

• evidence of identity, including date of birth and photo id (such as a passport)
• proof of current address/place of residence (such as a utility bill).

There is no charge for this service.
