An Interment Form is required for all burials irrespective of whether the burial is for a full body or cremated remains. Interment Forms are kept as part of the official burial records, the Godalming Joint Burial Committee’s records go back to 1857. Please fill out the form in black ink as neatly as possible.
If the registered owner of the grave is the deceased, then the Interment Form needs to be signed by the person arranging the funeral, if the interment is for someone other than the registered owner, then the registered owner(s) will have to sign the Interment Form.
