GODALMING TOWN COUNCIL CORPORATE PLAN

The Town Council’s programme sets out how the Town Council will work to achieve its objectives set out in the Neighbourhood Plan in the best interests of all who live and work in the town, and all who use the Town Council’s services.

It provides direction and focus for future Council strategies, projects and business plans and will help guide the Town Council in setting its budget.

It will provide a basis on which to monitor the performance of the Council and will be regularly reviewed and updated as priorities and projects change.
