Godalming Town Council is looking for someone to join the Council’s Maintenance team to help look after the Council’s cemeteries and other opens spaces, assist in maintaining council owned property, including Community Centres, Godalming Museum and other public buildings and support town events such as the Remembrance Parade and Fireworks night.

Salary: JNC SCP 2-5 £22,366 – £23,500 pro rata, which equates to £11.62-£12.21 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking an Youth Services Administrator who will support the Youth Services administratively.

Your role will be pivotal to enhancing and strengthening the work of Godalming Youth Services, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating schedules.
  • Providing excellent front-of-house service to visitors and staff.

This role is crucial to enhancing and strengthening the work of the Godalming Youth Service. We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational and administrative skills. Your work will underpin our day-to-day operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed excellently.

It is vital to fulfil all requirements of a successful youth service, including maintaining accurate records, ensuring the effective running of the office, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional front-of-house service to youth centre visitors and staff.
