EDUCATION & OUTREACH OFFICER
Godalming Museum, Surrey. £18.35 per hour (£21,534 per annum pro rata)
22.5 hours per week | Permanent
Godalming Museum is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Education & Outreach Officer to lead and grow our learning and community engagement programme.
This is a hands-on role within a small, independent museum at the heart of an historic Surrey town. You will plan and deliver school workshops, family activities, talks and outreach sessions; develop accessible resources linked to our collections and exhibitions; and build strong relationships with local schools and community groups.
We are looking for someone with experience of delivering engaging learning or outreach activities, confidence working with children and young people (including safeguarding awareness), and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team. Experience in a museum, heritage or cultural setting would be advantageous.

Godalming Town Council, Surrey. Salary: SCP 20-SCP 23 – £32,597–£34,434 (depending on experience)
Full time – 37 hours per week | Permanent
Godalming Town Council is seeking a professional and organised Support Services Executive to join its small and dedicated team.
This key role provides administrative and governance support to the Council, helping ensure the smooth operation of council and committee business, maintaining statutory records, supporting civic and mayoral activities, and assisting with the management of the Council’s website and office administration.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and experience in a professional administrative role. Experience in local government would be advantageous.
